(Cask Bill #2) 		- 1st maturation in 200 litre American Standard Barrels, for a gentle wood influence.
- 2nd maturation in first-fill 500 litre Oloroso Sherry Butts, for a rich sweetness and fruit accent.
  And cask heads of heavily charred virgin American oak adding a sweet vanilla finish.
